海南华联会计师事务所经海南省财政厅批准,由海南省审计厅直属事务所改制成立，属于海南首批经财政厅验收合格事务所，是具有中国注册会计师执业资格、中国注册资产评估师执业资格和咨询服务资质的综合性事务所。
本事务所现有三十多位专职从业人员，其中中国注册会计师、注册资产评估师、房地产评估师、保险公估人等执业人员近20名，高级会计师、高级工程师、高级经济师5名，会计师、审计师、工程师等若干名（有数人为身兼两资格职称以上）。另有十多位外聘多行业专家。
海南华联会计师事务所竭诚为客户提供有关审计、会计、财务、资产评估、企业管理顾问、基建工程审计等全方位的专业服务。
本事务所自开业以来遵循《中国注册会计师法》及国家有关法律法规，严格按照行业规范执业，尤其在股份制企业审计、资产评估、基建预决算审计方面有深厚的技术服务基础，先后取得财政部颁发的审计执业证书、资产评估证书和海南省证券办、海南省审计厅确认的从事证券业务资格，逐渐发展成为“优质执业、多元服务、诚信立本、稳健发展”的综合型中介组织。

Hainan Hualian Certified Public Accountants(HIHL CPA) was set up by the approval of the Finance Bureau of Hainan Province and was restructured in 1998 from an associated state-owned firm with the Audit Bureau of Hainan Province to a private CPA firm . Through these years´ development, HIHL CPA has become a comprehensive CPA firm with the qualification of auditing,evaluating and consulting.
As one of the firms that first passed the examination of the Finance Bureau of Hainan Province,HIHL CPA has accumulated much experience of commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction. During working, we´ve established friendship relationship with the government departments regarding tax,bank,finance,court and so on.
